The Joint Public Safety Facility at 500A East Street is home to the Public Safety Community Room. While this versatile and well-equipped room is regularly utilized by Police, Fire, and other Town departments for meetings, conferences, and training, it is also available for public use upon request. To request the Community Room we ask that you fill out theApplication for Use form found here. Once the form is complete, "Save As" and submit to firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of the Police Department Support Staff will check for availability. The maximum capacity of this room is 65. The Community Room is set up with tables in five rows of 12 seats (60 total seats). Please make sure that the on-site representative checks in with the Police Supports Staff at the Front Desk before and after the event.
When requesting use of the Community Room, be advised the Mansfield Police/Fire Department reserves the right to postpone the event due to department needs or emergency events that arise, sometimes on short notice.
