The Town of Mansfield offers residents and businesses secure options to pay bills via credit card or electronic check. You can pay the following Town of Mansfield bills online:

Tax Payments
Payments can be made through City Hall Systems’ secure website for real estate, personal property, and excise payments.
City Hall Systems allows you to pay bills online from your bank account or with a credit card. To pay using a bank account, there is a $0.50 fee per cart. Multiple bills can be paid in one cart. To pay using a credit card, a 3% or $3 fee will be incurred, whichever is greater.

Water / Sewer Bill Payments
Pay your Water/Sewer bill online.
UniBank provides E Check payment option with the charge of $0.50 per transaction (from checking or saving bank accounts).
You may also choose to pay via credit card. The schedule below details the cost that will be charged to you if you choose to use a credit card. UniBank accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Note: For all VISA Debit Card payments, there is a flat fee of $3.95.
