Mansfield Housing Authority (MHA) policies are available for public viewing by appointment only at the 22 Bicentennial Court office. To schedule an appointment to view the MHA policies, please call our office at 508-339-6890 during regular business hours, Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesdays 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Our Mission

The Mansfield Housing Authority is an agency that provides safe and sanitary housing for low and moderate income families. The Housing Authority operates under guidelines set out by their regulatory agencies, the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Housing Applications can be obtained online through the links  listed below and are also available at the Housing Authority’s Office at 22 Bicentennial Court, Town Hall at 6 Park Row,  Library, and Council on Aging both at 255 Hope Street. You may  also obtain an application by sending a self addressed stamped envelope with $.64 postage to the address listed above.
