Current TIF’s

Covidien
Twenty year TIF. Purchase and renovate a 115,000 square foot building for research and development. Tax savings over the period of the agreement estimated to be $1 million.

Medline
Ten year TIF. Construct a new 325,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center. Tax savings over the period of the agreement estimated to be $908,000.

Tyco/Flow Valve
Eighteen year TIF. Relocate business, purchase and renovate a xxx square foot building. Tax savings over the period of the agreement estimated to be $518,000.

Samsonite
Five  year STA. $2 million investment in infrastructure. Tax savings over the period of the agreement estimated to be $285,000.

Hagen
Ten year TIF. Projected $2.5 million in leasehold improvements and capital investment; and creation of 20 new jobs. Tax savings over the period of the agreement estimated to be $90,000.

Medco
Ten year TIF. $3.5 million for land, construction, and equipment; and the creation of 20 new jobs.. Tax savings over the period of the agreement estimated to be $18,000.
