The MBC meets on Tuesday evenings, as posted. All meetings are held at the Mansfield Town Hall in the MBC Conference Room (3rd Floor) at 7:30 PM, unless posted otherwise.

*** Ten (10) year MBC member Kenneth M. Gay, Jr. passed away suddenly on June 22, 2007. His contributions to the Town of Mansfield and the Municipal Building Committee will be missed.

The Mansfield Municipal Building Committee is composed of five committee members appointed by the Board of Selectman. Each member is appointed to a five-year term, arranged in such a way that the terms of as near equal number of members as possible expire each year.

The Building Committee is assisted by one part time Secretary. The Municipal Building Committee is responsible for developing planning reports, oversight of design plans and specifications, construction management and originally equipping all municipal and school building projects requiring structural alteration or new building construction.
