The Public Health Nurse is available the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 3 – 4 pm at Mansfield Town Hall, 2nd Floor meeting Room. (November dates are pending Flu clinic schedules). The Public Health Nurse will be available for Blood Pressure and Blood Sugars on a walk in basis, and Immunizations by appointment only.

Blood pressure and blood sugar screening on the 2nd Tuesday from 1 – 2 pm at the COA. Call 508-261-7368
